LOWE
(Nee Mitchell)
Glenys Dawn

My beautiful forever sweetheart is at rest.
God be with you till we meet again.
- Richard.

Thank you for beginning my voyage, the guidance
to set my own sails, tools to navigate and weather
all seas, and when needed gently nudging
me back onto course. Thank you.
- David.

How can words express these feelings in our hearts?
What words could ever be enough to voice
our gratitude for the mother and grandmother
who meant so much to us?
Her heart had room for everyone and her smile
conveyed more love than a thousand words ever could.
She endured hardship with patience and humour
and she never forgot to give thanks for the good things
in her life. Truly, a giant has walked among us
and the world is a lesser place because
she is no longer in it.
Mum, we will never forget the blessing of having you
in our lives. All our love until we meet again.
- Craig, Tina, Stephanie and Jayson.

Without you I would not know the meaning of love,
nor would I know what it is to forgive.
I would not have seen the manifestation of the lyric.
I warmed and clothed and cheered my guest
And laid him on my couch to rest,
Then made the earth my bed and seemed
In Eden's garden while I dreamed.'
Oh humble girl we miss you,
Like the man said,
'God only knows what I'd be without you.'
Treasured forever.
- Steven, Nicci, Adrian, Darcy, Simon and Rory.

Our beautiful kind loving Mum and Nana who always thought of others instead of herself. A faithful child of God and perfect example of unconditional love.
We will love you forever.
- Dianne and Paul, Michael, Harrison,
Thomas and Charlotte.

Mum, you were the first to greet me when I was born
as you held me to your chest.
You held my hand as I took those first tentative steps, and walked by my side through my stumbles and falls.
You brought my imagination to life,
was my first hero and oldest friend.
You and Dad gave me everything I needed and taught me the greatest lessons to see me through my life.
You held me in my darkest hours
and nursed my broken heart.
You were the greatest of friends to all those who knew you, and friend first to the love of my life, my wife.
You have loved us both as we have loved you.
Lately your step has slowed as you walked
by our sides and it became our turn to catch
you when you stumbled.
We stop now and remember your walk,
your love and most beautiful smile.
Now you walk on ahead with those loved ones
who have passed before, free to run and laugh
as you did in your youth.
Don't worry about us, we walk together
in your memory content in the knowledge
that you wait for each with open arms.
We love you always and carry you
in our hearts until we meet again.
- Matthew, Lisa and Lily.
